 Delivery Dates

We strive to deliver our products in the best possible condition, and at the earliest possible date! Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout, and are subject to change. We may ship your order earlier or later than the estimated delivery date in order to ensure safe and efficient transit of your shipment.

We ship Monday thru Friday.

You'll automatically receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link when your order ships. 

Please note that we are unable to provide refunds or replacement orders for packages that are left out and unattended after delivery for any reason, including not being home due to variable arrival times and dates.

Shipping Method

All orders ship out and arrive quickly using our efficient shipping approach. We may ship your order FedEx or UPS or another carrier, and may ship your order via Ground or Air, depending on our assessment of the optimal delivery approach for your order's destination. We cannot guarantee any particular carrier transit method.


There are, unfortunately, some things outside of our control. Once our packages are in the hands of the carrier, we have no ability to influence the timely delivery of your order. We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for shipments delayed for factors outside our control.

Factors causing delays outside our control include:

  • Inclement weather
  • COVID-related logistics issues
  • High package volume
  • Mechanical errors
  • Local carrier mis-scans
  • General carrier delays
  • Inaccurate/incomplete shipping information
  • Address closed
  • Inability to deliver to a building

If there are any shipping issues with your order, please reach out to us and we'll see how we can make it right! If a claim needs to be made with the carrier, we will assist you in creating one. We may also, at our team's sole discretion, choose to issue a replacement shipment for your order.

Incorrect Deliveries & Returned Deliveries

We are unable to provide refunds or replacement orders for orders delivered to an incorrect address, or an address that is not deliverable for any reason, including:

  • inability to access the building
  • no one being available to receive the package
  • missing apartment or suite number
  • incorrect street address
  • incorrect receiver or company name
  • PO box provided

Cancellation Policy

At Sum Poosie, we are committed to ensuring our customers enjoy the best of our energy drinks with satisfaction. Understanding that plans can change, we have outlined our cancellation policy below to ensure clarity and fairness for all transactions.

Cancellation Window:

Before Shipment: Customers can cancel their order at no additional cost if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, given that the order has not yet been shipped.

After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped (typically within 24 hours of order placement), we are unable to accept cancellations. This is due to the immediate processing and handling required to fulfill orders promptly.

Additional Notes

A few other important notes about our shipping policy:

We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

  • We are not able to provide a refund for packages that are stolen or missing after delivery (please be home to receive your package!).
  • If your package is marked as delivered but you can't find it, please let us know the same day it is marked as delivered so we can assist you in locating it (time is of the essence with perishable goods!).
  • If your package has a failed delivery attempt for any reason, please let us know the same day the delivery attempt is made so we can assist you in locating it (again, time is of the essence with perishable goods!).
  • We reserve the right to deliver your order sooner or later than indicated at the time of checkout based on day-to-day fluctuations in shipping carrier deliverability, as well as other factors that influence our ability to deliver your order.
  • In order to deliver your order as quickly as possible, we may begin the fulfillment process as soon as we receive your order. Therefore, in many cases, once you have placed your order, we will not be able to make any changes.
  • If we choose to send you a replacement shipment, we reserve the right to ship the replacement shipment at the date of our choosing, when we deem the carrier and weather conditions most safe for transit.
  • If you refuse your package, we are unable to provide assistance or compensation of any kind.

Alaska and Hawaii shipments: we do our best to serve customers in every state, so we do ship to HI and AK! However, orders to these states incur an extra shipping fee at the time of checkout due to the significantly higher cost of shipping outside of the contiguous US. 

Additionally, shipments to HI and AK can be delayed, especially due to the recent logistics issues caused by COVID. Therefore, we are unable to provide refunds for shipments that arrive late to HI or AK for any reason. 

Change to this Policy

OD FANS LLC reserves the right to change this Shipping Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the prim, email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our website , and/or by updating any privacy information. Your continued use of the website and or Services available under such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that Policy.
